The lady and her friends decided it was a good idea to go to the free Peter Cetera concert at Crown Center. (I am the man who will fight for your honor…)

Who knew it was so damn exhausting to get a house inspection? You know you’re lucky when your great friend Selina from Chicago is having drinks at The Cashew. The perfect remedy!

So…apparently Beth heard our realtor wrong. Their counter was exactly what we were expecting…and as long as nothing crazy happens…the house is a go. You heard correctly…we may have actually pulled it off…

I understand that if you put a new roof and HVAC in the house that you are going to stand firm on your asking price but why don’t you just have your agent say that from the beginning. It would just save a lot of time and paperwork.

People are so weird some times.

Now we wait to see if they accept the offer.
